I am using the Charge HR, live in Southe Africa, i have a blog about my weight loss challenge , i am 167kg which i believe is 368 pounds, well i was three days ago.

You did 3000 steps the first day, 6000 the second, 7500 the third, you should hit 10000 today! That's all it is, moving forward each day. Try to make 10000 you minimum. It will make a huge difference!

I've been poking around the discussions and wandered onto your blog about your weightloss journey. As someone without significant weight to lose (just lucky) I'm pulling for you. Looks like you are eating well and getting your steps on. Writing all of this must help also. For me it is motivating me to try to eat better and try some of that green tea.
