Hi,
I just thought I'd mention these three documentaries that I saw on BBC Iplayer, all very interesting and worth watching if you're interested in the science of weight loss and getting some tips and tricks to help. Available if you're in the UK, watch em up fast before they go 🙂

Hopefully they'll become available in the US on BBC America for you at some point, if you can get that, I'm not sure how the Beeb does things over seas. They are worth keeping an eye out for, especially the fat episode, there are some interesting new scientific discoveries about the different sorts of fats and what's good for you.

You can easily watch these, if you have a VPN and set it to use a U.K. server.

I haven't read that one so couldn't say. They are all taking a look at the latest scientific studies and findings. The one about fat takes a look at different types of fat, and how some fats like ones in dairy products, aren't as bad for you as previously thought, and can even be good for you. The fats in meats tend to be the bad ones. They also take a look at excersise, and discoveries have been made that show if you excercise intensley for two minutes, then rest for one minute, then repeat this 7 times, you actually continue to burn off fat after this and in to the day, even when not doing anything. Thats only a couple of things in the programs, there's loads more. The Sugar one is pretty mind blowing too, seeing the amount of sugar manufacturers put in to a single bottle of ginger beer, 20 teaspoons !! Take a look http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p02lrndx
Here is a link to the BBC website for the series, where you can at least see clips from the programs and get information (I hope), I'd be surprised if they were blocked outside the UK
