Did you mean:

The cold may be your friend

Those of you who follow me know that I seldom have an original thought. This post is no exception. While on my lengthy walk Saturday morning, I was listening to several podcasts - one of which is Ben Greenfield.  Because I listen, I also get sent emails from him about once a week that cover a range of topics.

This morning, I was sent this link about a vest that has built in cold packs that allegedly boost your metabolism significantly - while you wear it - and after you take it off. I know that with Fitbit, we're about  movement more than exercise. But, the primary driver behind movement is quality of life, or more precisely improved health. Whether it's for weight loss, weight gain or weight maintenance, i believe the common denominator is we're all seeking to improve health, albeit in a number of different ways.

This may be a pricey, but simple way to improve your health.

Those who have no idea what they are doing genuinely have no idea that they don't know what they're doing. - John Cleese

It’s from 5 years ago, so it’s not like the idea is exactly new.
