Does anybody have any tips on how to achieve a flat and lean stomach? As I am wanting to have a flat stomach but I am finding quite hard to achieve. So please comment your suggestions please and thanks. 👏

A hardboiled keto diet seems to draw fat off the midsection. But keeping it off is the trick.

There is no quick fix to get a flat, toned stomach. Some things that may help are eating healthy, drinking an adequate amount of water, getting enough sleep, reducing overall body fat, exercise, reducing stress
