Tired of Being Over Weight Need Motivation

Hey yall I'm tired of being Over Weight as I have been all my life and I would like to change that now and I'm currently working on that now with Portion Control and Planning Lunches for me to take to work, I'm also going to recreate a Gym Schedule that I can start to follow once I meet with the Gym trainer after the 4th July.  

You ask what are my Weight Goals and Plans Below is a Few things I would like to reach by Next Summer

 

1. My Weight Loss Goal if 67.4 Pounds I'm already down 3 pounds

2. Continue Drinking More Water I'm Drinking 67.6oz a Day that's 4 Bottles at 16.9oz Each

3. Portion Control and Meal Planning

4. Exercising everyday whether it be Walking, Swimming, or Going to the Gym.

@txhealthy, good for you!  All of your goals are realistic and healthy steps to get you to your ultimate goal. I have been working out seven days a week since April 30, have been eating measured portions of only whole, healthy foods and the rewards besides weight loss (twelve pounds so far) are keeping me going. Sleep is so much better for me. My mood and energy levels are so much better. Even my skin is looking so much prettier. And the good news is, I now get a little ansty if I decide to skip a day of some form of exercise, even mild exercise . . and it sends me outside to walk/run or downstairs to do a vigorous workout. It's getting there that can be tough, but once there, you really do feel as if you are missing something if you don't work out. Good luck!  And keep going.  You can do this Woman Very Happy
