Hello.
I just wondered if there is anyone else here struggling to loose weight while on anti-contraceptie?
I have been a bit fluffy (lets admit, fat) for as long as I remember myself. First time my doctor asked me to use pills, was when she did a check up and she saw mioma, so she said pills might help me and it did..
then for few months I stop with pills as I was already good and I had no real relationship then. During that time(march till december 2014), I actually managed to loose some weight, I was active and started to eat healthy.
But now, since Im together with my current bf, Im eating way to healthy and Im going to gym and I work as an orderpicker when Im not in university, so I would say that Im active as well, but still, I have managed to gain 10-15 kg..
Im having 10k average daily steps (now since I have fitbit ) but before I even hit 30k a day at work using Shealth app.
Yesterday actually I even went to talk with my doctor to check my thyroid and I will know results on Monday.
So I was wondering, if there is any other lady strugling like I am? Would like to know, that Im not the only one here.

Are you hungry when eating? Eating even if feeling needing to force feed your precious body in the moment? Eating until stuffed? If stuffed it's a sign of your body having eated more than enough (possible leading to overeating if always eating to 'stuffed' instead of comfortable satisfied..
Are you logging foods? If yes, it's possible to overestimate or underestimate the foods eaten, believing the steak was 200 grams instead of 300 grams or more.. the food plan saying there's x hundreds calories left to eat (while already could have eated those) if logged less than actually eated.
When logging foods, even when weighing everything accurately, possible to log for example 20% more of the certain food eated, to ensure being in a deficit if the goal is getting leaner, foods can contain up to 20% more or less calories than mentioned on the package legally.
When eating, try listening to your precious body to, feeling more satisfied? Getting the sign of your body when she says 'now we have enough'..? no need to eat everything (it's fine there's food left on the plate when not needing more) or take a bit more if still needing more.
Always eat what your body truly desires when hungry when possible, no need to eat other things first not liking to eat when the food you truly desire is available..
When eating the other foods first (not really wanting), going to have what you truly desire anyway even if not hungry anymore.. saving lots of calories in the longer run, and satisfied for longer when having what your body is asking for.
Allow to have what your body desires (hopefully natural, healthier foods mostly overall), having treats with care, prevents binge eating to. Saving more calories and possible preventing overeating..
Deny your favourite food when desiring to have, allow to have with care. Otherwise going to eat eventually (possible being ravenous) and eating lots more from..
Have fun reaching your goals, enjoy all the foods.
