Understanding Scale Readings

Hi all,

I'm looking but cant see any articles that could help me find answers to my scale readings. Obvioulsy my weight is easy to fathom but is there any articles that could help me undstand my reading when my App/Scales give me "Lean Vs Fat" readings and "Body Fat %" and "BMI"

I'd like to know how to improve from what readings i get and what they mean to my health?

Health-wise, that may be a question better suited for your doctor. We might be able to help you if we knew what you want to improve and what your goal is or if you have more of a direct question regarding something more specific about what you discussed.
