Hi most awesome community
Just wrote a message on the scale, to help staying healthy and possible to get more lean. Helping not getting back in old food habits..
Everyone can do when desired, when eating is it out of hunger? Eat Healthy indicating eating natural foods overall when hungry, and have a little treat when desired (it's not restricting though if filling up with natural foods first, then being so full on lower calories overall, being satisfied for longer, even when having a little treat afterwards, nearly impossible to overeat).
It's okay to eat when not hungry, though being more aware about and making the meal nutritious for the body.
Being more aware about your precious body..
Feeling could eat a bit more but not as much..
Still feeling comfortable satisfied, not stuffed, but not needing more currently..
Feeling empty, though if filling up on natural foods first..
Feeling needing to force feed in the moment, mm, should wait until my body is ready for more nourishment, not about starving but honoring hunger / satisfied signals
When eating not out of hunger, possible to be more aware about portion and stop before being stuffed (preventing overeating).
Your scale can remind you about to achieve your goals faster.

I want to chime in and encourage Fitbit folks who don't have an Aria to get one! Yes, it's nice not to have to enter the info yourself, and the body fat stats are cool, but it has another benefit you may not have thought of...
It helps you not "cheat." Who of us has not weighed in, gotten a higher number than we expected, and simply "forgot" to enter it? (yeeeah, GUILTY here!)
The Aria puts it into your history automatically, and for me at least, accepting that fluctuations are just part of the journey has been a great help in staying motivated. I may curse my scale when it seems stuck on the same numbers for weeks, but oh how I love it when they finally go down again!

I love my Aria! As soon as I get up every morning I jump on the scale. I take my weight at the same time everyday so I get a more consistent number. It def motivates me on a daily basis. If I am out to dinner and an order of cheese fries look great I think about jumping on aria in the morning.... Will the cheese fries be worth a setback on the scale? (Most of the time the answer is no)

I like that philosophy! It is definitely motivation to stick to the plan!
