Welcome to the next challenge!
This one will run from Valentines day to Easter, so from February 14th to March 27th. Everyone and anyone can join this challenge in which we all set our own weight loss goals, this gives us 7 weeks in total to work towards them!
This group of lovely people provides encouraging support and words of advice as we all share our experiences, good and bad. It has proved beyond helpful to myself and many others as we become healthier and achieve amazing things.
To be part of the challenge you start by posting your initial weight stats and what you would like to achieve by the end of the challenge. You can then check in as often as you'd like with a weight update, to share a story from your week or start a conversation about a topic you'd like some advice on.
So excited for us to keep working towards our goals with the fantastic friends from the last challenges and a big 'Hello!' to all the challenge newbies!
Thank you @awood08 for kicking off the last challenge!

Ruth - I think keeping track of what you're eating is smart. I HAVE to do it. It's the only way I can actually keep myself accountable when I get on the scale. At least I know why I lost/gained. Keep up the good work..I'm looking forward to seeing your progress.

Would like to say thanks for setting this up, and you know, we are all winners here already because we have taken the initiative to try to become healthier. I want to lose lbs for sure and am on the road to recovery as they say, however, it is not all in the lbs lost, it is become healhier and eating right and even cheating a little and feeling better about oneself overall. So congratulations to all who are here on this journey.
Cheers!!!

Hi all,
Me, too, @Chlz1997. Clearly, I have repressed voyeuristic tendencies. I often read but don't post (despite my big mouth! @OCDOC, Hahaha! You would be surprised at how much I don't say!). Add me to any challenges. I have been having so much fun getting whupped by @saraj91 day after day and week after week in the challenges...so much fun! It really is uplifting. You just wait until the weather changes around here, @saraj91! I am not the little pansy that I appear to be...lol

@OCDOC is soooo right. I am living proof! I have been battling the same 20 pounds or so the last 5 years! Sometimes I wonder whether I will ever reach my goal because taking off weight once I hit 130# is like asking The Donald to just be a nice guy. Not likely. Anyhow, I am going to keep plugging away with my extremely unconvetional methods (intermittent fasting; 2, 3, and sometimes 4 workouts a day; banana diet...). The good news is I'm 5'8" and an athlete, so it's hard to tell whether I am carrying around (or not!) an extra 10 pounds. It is just my personal dream to be at 115#, even if only for a few days. I'm hoping to get halfway there (125#) this challenge. If there is anything I can do to assist, just say the word. Good luck to you! Just keep at it.

Wow, it's JUST my opinion, but 125 pounds at 5'8" sounds really thin! At my 'thinnest' in my 20s I was 5'6" and about 120 and people kept saying I looked too thin. I think 115 for someone your height might be too light, have you consulted a doctor?

Hi everyone, awesome to see so many on the challenge, keep plugging away and we will all get there, I am doing LCHF and find it very filling even though I have a bit of trouble keeping to my requirements of 10% carbs-under 25gr a day: 20%protein -abt 60gr a day and 70%Healthy Fats thanks to the Fitbit Dashboard I am getting closer each day. on 13th Feb I was 147.7 lbs with a GW of 140lbs by Easter. Mind you in all my years of yo yo dieting I have never got below 147 lbs, thanks to LCHF now I am moving closer and closer each day.
