Welcome to the next challenge!
This one will run from Valentines day to Easter, so from February 14th to March 27th. Everyone and anyone can join this challenge in which we all set our own weight loss goals, this gives us 7 weeks in total to work towards them!
This group of lovely people provides encouraging support and words of advice as we all share our experiences, good and bad. It has proved beyond helpful to myself and many others as we become healthier and achieve amazing things.
To be part of the challenge you start by posting your initial weight stats and what you would like to achieve by the end of the challenge. You can then check in as often as you'd like with a weight update, to share a story from your week or start a conversation about a topic you'd like some advice on.
So excited for us to keep working towards our goals with the fantastic friends from the last challenges and a big 'Hello!' to all the challenge newbies!
Thank you @awood08 for kicking off the last challenge!

@hadley1979 and all...
Ditto what @saraj91 posted! I'm at about the same place you were @hadley1979, but not making nearly the progress. Maybe you will inspire me to keep myself in check over the weekend! I am supposed to post a lower number on Monday, but I am still 4 pounds off. I have my work cut out for me. Thankfully, it will be a good weekend for me to up my game. Yay you!!

I'll invite you, Ruth. I would love to have you in any challenge I am in...I thought I was inviting you? I will make sure of it!! Great job on making 10K for 2 days in a row!! So proud of you. I am challenging myself to do so every day of this challenge...in addition to giving up candy, soda, and working on keeping the sugar and carbs down. Those things are challenges in and of themselves. Keep up the great work!

Ok so I weigh in on Fridays, so down 2lbs from last week, was hoping for a little more. However, onward and forward. Taking the afternoon off work, I have reached my 10K + steps for the day, but will go home and walk the Husky, she likes it when it is -15

Hi @Elle0904
The first thing I did was add about 15 additional minutes to my treadmill walk in the mornings. I also increased my incline from 1.5 - 3 in intervals. And added about 30 min. of strength (however, I only did this twice). I have a desk job, so twice a day, a co-worker and I walk for about 10 minutes. We were doing this just whenever in the beginning, but we decided to be firm and do it twice a day. Thats really it. I met my caloric goals (1300 - 1500) and my water (72 ounces).
I'm going to try again next week and see how that goes. Thanks for the support!

Thank you, @swimr12265
Looks like you are on the right track yourself. Keep it up, and let go of those sweets and drinks. They kill us.
Take care!

It's never too late, @Sine
Just set your own goals, based on how much time you have to Easter.
Best wishes!

Well done to everyone so far! It's been holiday week for me so I didn't expect much progress to be made. Ended up putting on almost half a pound 😞 I've had a very active week though getting at least 15,000 steps a day!
5 mile run on Monday, Gym Tues and Wed, 14 mile wall on Thurs, Rest on Friday (still got 20,000 steps), 6 mile run today and the intention of going to the gym tomorrow. However, food wise, eating out twice probaly didn't help and neither did going to the cinema. Work next week should put me back on schedule or so I hope.
