Welcome to the next challenge!
This one will run from Valentines day to Easter, so from February 14th to March 27th. Everyone and anyone can join this challenge in which we all set our own weight loss goals, this gives us 7 weeks in total to work towards them!
This group of lovely people provides encouraging support and words of advice as we all share our experiences, good and bad. It has proved beyond helpful to myself and many others as we become healthier and achieve amazing things.
To be part of the challenge you start by posting your initial weight stats and what you would like to achieve by the end of the challenge. You can then check in as often as you'd like with a weight update, to share a story from your week or start a conversation about a topic you'd like some advice on.
So excited for us to keep working towards our goals with the fantastic friends from the last challenges and a big 'Hello!' to all the challenge newbies!
Thank you @awood08 for kicking off the last challenge!

Happy Easter to everyone! I've been up with two bright eyed children since 6am. They were so excited to see the Easter Bunny came, now we are waiting on daddy to wake up so we can hunt eggs! lol I love this age, everything is so exciting for them 🙂
I've been at a standstill with my weight but that's okay. Ready for the next challenge to give me some more pushes in the right direction. Congrats to everyone who hit there goals, and to those who didn't, you guys still rock. Keeping up with it despite the challenges and struggles, you are truly inspiring! I didn't do so good this time around. I seemed to have lost my "mojo". I was not as active these last six weeks. I ping ponged between 128lb and 126lb the whole time and unforntunately I landed at 128lb today.
I just started T25 so lets hope I the scale keeps moving in the right direction. Has anyone done T25? I didn't realize how uncoordinated I am! I look completely ridiculous. LOL. Good thing I am doing this at home and not in public.

Great work to everyone who met their goals!!! And hoping that the rest of us can find our mojo!!
Just checking in for the final week. The scale did not budge this week but I am still in the 170's!!! and only 0.8 lbs off my Easter goal so I will be happy with that
I met my 10K step goal every day (and every day since February 1st!!!) -- I was worried about a few days as we got quite the ice storm here
Still trying to eat between 1700-1800 calories/day -- Managed to do that 6 of 7 days…. Still focusing on trying to drink more water throughout the day… not a great week for that...again.... sigh!! It was also not a great week for sleeping…. I wasn't surprised that the scale did not budge as I have learned that if I am not getting my 8 hours, the scale is not moving!! I thought that it was because I would eat more in the evenings but this week is a great reminder that that is not it -- I was below my calorie deficit each day and STILL did not lose weight.
So here is my final tally
Started on Feb 15th 184.2 pounds and ended on Mar 27th 177.8 Just 0.8 too high for me to meet this challenge but REALLY happy that I got into the 170's and stayed there for a couple weeks. Thanks to all of you for your support and inspiration!!
Hope that everyone has a healthy week!! See you in the next challenge!!

Final check in! Congrats to thosof you who made your goals. Even for thos of you who didnt,, its bee a pleasure watching you guys discuss whats hard or what is working/not working for you. also to see that little hurdles are just that and the persistance to not give up.
Made my goal. barely. i did weigh in at 151.5 on wednesday but have been a little careless with my eating habits this week thus having me weigh in at my goal of 152. I would of liked to have been under 150 but lost my momentum in the last few weeks. I will definatley be joining the next challenge.

Commiserations @fbuser2015, so sorry for your loss, but consider that your current weight might have been a contributing factor in that loss. Keep up your good work and success in all areas will be yours, I know. My own obesity caused me multiple dramas along with ill health. Keep your chin up my girl, I am thinkig of you and everyone else on this forum. Our success is achieved by a never give up atitude, so just keep on keeping on.

Final update...been a rough last few weeks for this challenge. To try and sum it up, found out I was unexpectedly pregnant maybe 3 weeks ago and subsequently ceased trying to eat at a deficit only to unfortunately end up having an early miscarriage shortly thereafter. So needless to say I just wasn't focused on losing weight.
I can't recall my SCW and I'm being lazy and not searching through the thread, but I know my goal was the elusive ONEderland...199. I didn't get there, only down to 205. Gonna head over to the next challenge.
Congrats to those who made goal!

Sigh > didn't get close to my goal weight for this challenge but didn't do too bad considering I've been really sick for the past 2-3 weeks and could not do any exercise and really did not feel like eating well.

I just got back from Las Vegas. I didn't meet my goal weight for this challenge, but was very close. I have lost 25lb since last September and hadn't told my parents, brothers and sister-in-law. They were impressed when I met them all in Las Vegas. Two weeks there and I managed to maintain my weight which makes me happy. Lots of dinners out but I tried to share an entree or divide it in half. It seems to have worked well for me. I continued to walk at least 10,000 steps a day, even if that did mean walking along the strip at 11pm one night lol.
UWS 161 lb
GW 135 lb
UGW 130lb
I was down to 136lb

I survived my oral surgery (all 4 wisdom teeth pulled. one molar pulled and a bone graft done in order to get an implant). This was a major trigger for my anxiety, so I am feeling a little better now that it's done. But the pain in freaking insane!! Good lord. 5 days later and my face is still a little swollen.
I did not meet my original goal nor my revised goal, but I did lose weight and lots of inches, so I am overall happy. Here are my stats:

@DJC_63 Anxiety sucks big time. I've always have suffered from it, but I have always found a way to manage it. It's been a rough couple of years (divorce, I lost contact with my step daughter who I helped raise after the divorce, being away from my family, trying to date again) and it's just really taking a toll on me. But I am getting through it now. Working out was what I was using to help manage it...but it's tough when you spend the last two months getting 2 hours of sleep a night.
@Bogdel I am eating clean and logging my foods. I have kept the necessary deficit in my food. It's coming off, just slower than I am used to. I am ok with that, because I am seeing results. I am also changing up things a bit: lowering my steps and adding more weight training. That seems to be working better this time around.
Surgeon told me I can do cardio starting next week, and I can start lifting weights 4/11...so it's been challenging not being able to work out. But since I can't really eat, it's evening out, LOL. Looking forward to getting moving again. See y'all in the next challenge!
