Welcome! My fit bit Charge HR comes in the mail on the 13th, so excited! So far I am just logging my food and with my fitbit Aria.

I rather not post my weights, if thats alright, but Id love to be a part of this challenge!
My goal from now until Valentine's day is to lose 10lbs (Im starting off very heavy so this should not be that difficult as long as I put in the time and effort )

Yesterday I got in a nice brisk walk. Not much but enough to get in 5,000 steps for the day (working towards 10,000).

I'm actually not trying to lose weight, however, I do have a goal to average 20k steps by V-day. So that counts for something, right?!

Way to go PaleoCrossfit! 20k steps is crazy good! I average around 5k I can't imagine getting in that many steps. I do plan on getting that many in by the end of the year. That is my goal 🙂
Today I am going out to lunch with family. We are going to a Jewish Deli and I am going to have the fruit salad. Has anyone had a fruit salad with Schubert? Is it like the frozen dessert?

I went with a omelet instead. I ate about half of a 3 egg omelet. I ordered it with bacon and cheese. When it came out they just threw a slice of cheese on top that covered half of the omelet. The side was suppose to be hash browns and they said they were out of hash browns and could sub for home fries. Well strike two, it was just fried mashed potatoes! My friend had the fruit salad and it was nothing great, just some cut up melon and a side of cottage cheese, no shurburt or yogurt. Did not miss a thing. I hope we can all agree on something else next time.
I got my fit bit Charge HR yesterday and this will be the first whole day that I will have it on. So excited!

That's a shame, What country are you in? Im in the UK just winding down for bedtime here, hope you like it I got the basic Charge and love it so far.
Its a UK fitbit group on facebook that im doing it through but its a challenge im sure anyone could do
