I would love to join this challenge. I don't have a concrete number to be down it is more like 5-10 lbs would be especially joing this late. I am going to be brave and post my weights.

well after last weeks 2lb gain I'm amazed that i have stayed the same this week, i had burgers on my birthday on Wednesday then away for the weekend i had fish and chips on Friday Chinese on Saturday and pizza on Sunday, i reckon this is a pretty good indication that the Paul McKenna is doing its stuff in the background even if i hadn't realised it!

Thanks Noir, it was mainly a lovely day. Im over the moon today as Ive knocked 1lb off, not a huge amount but its a start, I am only 1lb above my start weight now. Its hard to explain but the worst bit of the stress is done now, the next 4 months will be hard going but I am back on a stable footing so time to push the weight loss, I need another lb off to achieve staying the same over the period, here goes!

Well I have made my goal and surpassed it. I was 328 today 🙂 I am so excited. I am hoping for another 5 lbs lost but I am not pushing too hard.

 

Keep on stepping everyone... My steps are low right now because I am sick... but still happy stepping.
