WW program, how do you figure in the fitbit for activity points?

I joined today.....and there is a place to add steps but you have to figure out your stride. I was using MFP and it just synced it for me.  I am debating on whether to add my steps to my daily WW tracking or just count the actualy exercise I do...like 2 miles of walking, an exercise dvd or treadmill walking....

Is there a cap on how many activity points you can get on WW? I always get between 12k and 17k steps every day.

THANKS

Hi,

I have been using fitbit since May 29, 2014 and have recently figured out that I can add my extra activities if I click on the "very active minutes" section of the dashboard on my phone. Just follow the prompts and you should be fine. You may want to add the calories burned manually as sometimes the app gives a different amount of calories versus your treadmill or eliptical etc.

Enjoy

Hope this helps.

Estimate your stride using your height in inches times .413.  That's what Fitbit does.

I'm not sure how many APs WW limits you to but the more you log and eat, the slower you lose, so you can probably just use your own judgment there.

I used the WW site earlier this year and would log my Fitbit steps total under 'all day steps' in their tracker.  Until I figured out I couldn't eat any and lose and then stopped.  Woman Tongue  It was motivating for a few weeks, though!
