Hey Guys!
I'm new to the Fitbit community (just got my Fitbit on Tuesday) and wanted to introduce myself. I'm a stay at home mom to a 15 month old girl, and I've got about 100 pounds to lose. I was about 10 pounds from my goal weight when I met my husband...and then I put on about 40 pounds of "relationship weight"...and I ended up gaining about 50 when I was prego.
I'm trying to lose about 1lb per week and my main goal is to get healthy. I've been working out and making almost all of our meals at home from scratch to save on calories and so that I can know what's in our food and I've actually managed to lose about 15 pounds in a month without starving myself (yay!). The last few days having my Fitbit I've gotten an extra push of motivation which is amazing.
I'm also hoping to find some Fitbit friends to join in my journey to get healthy 🙂

You can also set a weight goal and start your a Food Plan, where you can log any food you eat and it will give you the average of the calories you burn Vrs. the calories you eat. I hope you find this info useful and let us know about any progress you have!
