Head band, tighten your core (ask childrens to stay calm or join you if you have kids).
1. Projector or TV (Big enough) with room for 5 steps (short steps are ok)
2. Favorite choice of TV show/Movie.
3. Walk 4-5 steps front & Back up. - 10mins
4. Speed it up!! - 10mins
5. To Do a change Step Side ways left and right. - 10mins
6. If showtime is still remaining, (60 sec Break, tiny sip of water) goto 4 and continue untill movie or show completes!!

I so much enjoy the changing scenery outdoors, and always see something I didn't see last time I went down that path. And, I enjoy not having a blaring TV, radio, etc., disrupting the mood.

That’s what I personally prefer to do. I’m lucky in that there are a lot of lakes and forests where I live, and it’s pretty hilly (so I get a lot of floors). This is my standard route (8 km each way), which I do three times a week, all year round:
No need for a treadmill / "incline" / projector, and I also get a lot of fresh air.

I agree, if I am going to walk inside its going to be in the gym with others working hard to meet their daily goals. I walk outside. Its more interesting, better breathing and stress reducing. I won't if the weather isn't cooperating or if its my run day. Don't know why, but running outside- don't like it. Just like don't know why, but walking around my house- don't like it. I am a strange duck.
