Weekly Digest: Calories in vs Calories out; Plan Deficit?

ANSWERED

I'm confused about my Weekly Digest report on Calories In vs Out.  What does the -2108 mean?  That for the week I ate 2108 fewer calories than I burned?  That I did not acheive my Plan Goal of 7000 deficit and I was 2108 short of the goal?  That I surpassed the Goal of 7000 calaries burned by an additional 2108?

In other words is a Reading of -2108 "good" for weight loss or bad during a -7000 calorie plan?

It's the difference in the calories burned, minus your intake, minus your goal deficit.

I burned 17,691

Ate 8,395

My deficit is set to 5,250

My remainder was -4,046.

It's an additional deficit of calories. If it was a positive number, then you would have taken in too many calories than your goal
