Weight - Erase old data OR start following loss since a choosen date

Hello comunity,

I'm using my charge 3 since a long time, but i did a break during a long time (almost 1 year).

I re-started to practice sport since 3 weeks because I want to loose weight. But unfortunatly, the system for monitoring it also takes into account my (very) old data ...

How can I start the "loose following" since 3 weeks ago ? I didn't find any possibilty on my fitbit account like erasing old data or start following loss since a choosen date.

Many thanks for your answers

Hi @Frevel

Are you using the app on your phone? If so, on the today screen, go down to weight and tap.  There should be a graph at the top of the screen.  Tap on the settings icon in the upper right-hand corner.  There you can change your start date and starting weight.

If you are using the computer, click on the weight tile on your dashboard.  Then click see more.  There will be a goal progress section on the right-hand side. Click on set new weight goal and make any necessary changes.  Then hit submit.

I hope this helps 😊

Hello,

I tried these solutions, it doesn't work.

It only reinitiates the weight following by setting today's date as the start date. I can't choose a date.

Best regards.

I have the same problem - the date in the iOS app just reverts to today's date whatever I set it to.  The web dashboard has no option to set the start date for a goal.

This must be a bug

That didn't work for me either. I am upset bc I want the WHOLE time, not from current date when I update my goal.  I set it for Jan 1 2020 but it keeps going back to May 12, 2020. wtf.

NVMD - wrong post.  I have the opposite problem
