Hi all!
I am looking to loss about 50+ pounds to finally get myself healthy and confident in my body. I am a fulltime student and have a 3 year old as well, so I have a difficult time going to the gym. I have been on a clean eating diet and have been doing doing some DVDs at home on a daily basis. Recently I have either been doing a Biggest Loser DVD or videos from DailyBurn.com. Has any one had success with losing weight by doing videos at home? If so what DVDs were you doing?

hi! i am down 48 pounds and i don't go to the gym, i track all my food and then get my step goal, here lately most of my steps have been coming for at home DVDs, my favorite are Leslie Sansone, Walk Away The Pounds. She has several out she has you moving and doing some toning while you are at it! i love her stuff! you can find alot of it on youtube so you can try it before you go and get you some. The walk to the hits, have high intensity intervals and that is suppose to really help you lose weight. but they aren't so hard that if you are just starting you just can't keep up.

I started working out a year ago and I've lost 30 pounds using DVDs. All of mine are Jillian Michaels, and I like them because she combines cardio and strength training and manages to keep it interesting and fun. A great one for beginners is her kickboxing dvd, which has 3 different 20 minute workouts. My other favorites are 30 day shred and hard body. To be totally honest when I started exercising I only did 10 minutes of the kickboxing one and I had to progress from there, but the results have been amazing!

I just started doing the Biggest Loser 30-day jumpstart (just did day #1 of week 2 this morning) and when I weighed in this morning I was down 2 pounds. I have also made a real effort to drink more water (hard for me because my job requires constant typing) and cut my wine drinking down to just Friday nights so I'm sure that factors in as well. After the 30-day jumpstart I also have the boot camp DVD and the cardiomax DVD so I will jump into one of those next. Here's hoping!!

Hi! I've just started doing Slim in 6 with the old version. I'm just wondering if you know how to track that on Fitbit??

When is fitbit going to start adding DVD workouts (such as the ones from Beach Body (e.g. Insanity, T25, P90X, etc.)) to the activity log? These seem popular enough to have their own category.
