Weight Loss. Diabetic. Blood pressure.

I am feeling that I have to share. Many are looking for the magic cure but,... all is in our minds. We can do it each and every single day. We can loose weight and be healthier. The will is in our minds and the tools are in our body.
In 4 months I lost almost a whole person and I need to loose another one.
My 1sts weight-in was 340 lbs in June 2015 [now 266 lbs Dec 2015]
My final goal is 190 lbs or less.
AC1 down from 8.6 to 6.1
Blood pressure down to normal without medication.
Dr cut almost all my medications.
Just using the magic number [10'000 steps] counting with Fitbit steps and calories in and out.
Consuming a day less than 1000 calories and Less than 50 carbs a day.
My Dr doesnt want for me to run or do hight impact training.
ONLY WALKING 10'000 to 30'000 steps a day.
Every day for the past 4 months.
And I am feeling GREAT!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Keep up the good work!

Like you said, there is no magical cure. Just have to work hard, stay focused and never give up 🙂

In the same boat, I need to walk 5+ days a week. I try to do about an hour a day. I am feeling great. I put myself here and I will get my self out of it.
