Weight Loss- Disappointed

Hey everyone! Looking for some guidance. I have started going to the gym 5 days a week for boxing/kickboxing/HITT classes. Wearing my Fitbit let's me know I'm burning at least 675 calories in any of these hour classes. In addition, I go for 2-3 mile walks during my lunch breaks and end the day with about 10,000 steps. I eat pretty healthy, but afraid to cut certain food groups because I am breastfeeding my 7 month old son. I understand weight loss is different while nursing, but doing this intense working out for 6 weeks has only led to 2 pounds lost. Does anyone have insight on fat loss while working out. I can't cut calories because I do not want my milk supply to tank. HELP!

P.S. I weigh myself weekly and take measurements monthly. Measurements show some improvement...

@Matris86  Maybe you should google for lots of detail and suggestions but breastfeeding alone takes about 700 calories a day.  I wonder what your goal is.  I doubt you need to be exercising at all right now to lose weight.  Are you trying to be more muscular or fit or lose weight?  When do you find time for the baby?  I'm extremely healthy just by mistake.  For decades I've been exercising every day for weight control.  Now many studies  say exercise just makes you healthy and doesn't really help for you to lose weight.  (I like to read so I  still read on my treadmill and bike but I'm 78.

Thank you for your response. I have been Googling, but there is so much information out there that has been contradicting other sources.

I did lose weight initially; however, with starting a new workout program 6 weeks ago, my weight has barely budged. My goal is for fat loss.

I have ample time with my baby.. He comes on my walks with me for my hour break and after working from home and spending the entire day with him, my husband takes over for an hour so I can get some "me time" at the gym.

@Matris86  Studies show that most people who start a new exercise program  eat extra and don't lose weight..  But if you enjoy the gym that is important too for you to have some time for your self.  At one point when I had a new baby my husband said, "I'll do anything to get you out of this house.!!"  So I said, OK dancing lessons.  So we got some friend couples to join us and we took 6 weeks of dancing lessons. LOL
