Hi all,
I'm 179cm, I weigh 72.5kg (BMI of 22.6) I'm really ok with this, and I don't really want to lose more weight.
My Body fat percentage is 20-21%, and this is where I would like to lose a couple of %.
I have a fairly healthy lifestyle. during the week I eat healthy and a lot of different foods, kcal wise I eat on the lower end of what I should eat. During the weekend it's always a mix of healthy days / fastfood days. I do at least one intense workout a week and the other days a 20-30min walk.
What would be an effective way for me to stay around the same weight but lower my body fat?

Hi @DavyDepuydt,
I would keep calories the same, but lower fat intake. The fast food is the obvious target, but you can look for other sources of fat in the diet to cut.
You could also do strength training 3-4/week, which will do a body recomposition, giving you more muscle and less fat at the same weight.
