Anyone else have problems with their cycle piling on 3 or 4 lbs worth of water every month? My log shows I don't eat any differently yet I seem to be piling them on and them coming off again. It's starting to be annoying!
Any ideas what I can do to get past this?

this is going to sound sarcastic, but I am too tired to think of another way to say it. Ignore it. You have to. If you are prone to water weight during that time, there is nothing you can do about it. but think how skinny you feel when its over. one of the less joyful things in being a woman.

YES!!!!!!!! The last week of the month I gain a crap load of weight but it all drops shortly after that week ends. I'm a every other day weigher (I know I drive myself crazy) but during that week I avoid the scale honestly, put it up somewhere it's hard to get to and try and forget about it. Easier said than done, I know!

Thanks for your support, apparently I burn 300 calories more than I eat, but need to burn 500 more. Trying to work out how to do it!!!
