Don't restrict any foods as that will lead to binge eating. Go by how you feel, are you hungry? Feeling getting pleasantly full when eating, noticing not needing more. If feeling needing to force feed yourself, wait until your body is ready for more, no need to stuff as that can lead to overeating.

While there are no good or bad foods, natural foods without labels are lower in calories overall, filling up quicker, leaving satisfied for longer. The body not likely asking for more as those foods are full with natural nutritients the body needs for recovery (muscle repair, growing nails, hair, better immune system (less sick), faster recovery when getting injured or when getting sick,..).

Personally eating 90% natural foods (fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, eggs..), 10% for treats. Filling up on natural foods first, even when wanting a treat, unlikely to overeat as feeling so full already.. Cat Embarassed

It's a change in food habits, trying to honor the body not eating if it's not hungry, try trusting if it's hungry and listening to when comfortable satisfied but not to the point being stuffed..

Carefull with preprocessed foods as those contain mostly added sugars, possible wanting to eat more from just cause it tastes so good..

The goal is to change body composition, lowering body fat while wanting to increase muscle mass.. not getting end up to being at a lower weight, feeling weak.. but being more toned, lean & being / staying strong while getting leaner..

If not feeling up to exercising, walking is a natural exercise. Possible to use Fitstar (able to login with your fitbit account), the exercises appear on your fitbit account.. no need for a gym, it can be done anywhere with your own body.

The exercises build up gradually based on your fitness level, the feedback giving after each exercise..

There's resting days to when following the programs, as it gives the chance for the muscles to grow.

It's free (android, ios), though there's a premium yearly subscription to unlock all features when desired (the price of a normal console game).
