Weight loss

I have lost 98 lbs. have 36.5 more to go. Yesterday was my 50th birthday. I have done a lifestyle change then just lose weight. I want to be healthy. I have quit smoking, workout, got the Fitbit surge for my birthday. And hope real soon will be going to school to become a personal trainer and nutritionist. I want to help other people our age do what I have been able to do and keep it off. That is my goal

Good for you!! You have to walk the  walk before you can talk the talk. Once you reach all of your goals, you will be able to say, " Hey! ", " I have been where you are, and if I did it, so can you!" One thing I always found strange is when an overweight person gives me tips on how how I should lose weight. Kinda like an alcoholic telling me I should stop drinking!!!
