I only weigh 89 pounds and my bones show and it is really gross and also my ribs show in my stomach and its also really gross. Do u know what i can do about it.

Do you have an eating disorder (e.g. anorexia) or a medical condition that causes you to be underweight? If not, set yourself a weight goal that is adequate for your height (you can use BMI as a general guideline) and start increasing your calories until the scale starts moving up at a moderate/sustainable pace (it’s a good idea to weigh daily and look at weekly averages, as weight can fluctuate quite a bit day to day). Eat a balanced diet with plenty of veggies, fruits and healthy fats. High quality peanut butter (no added salt/sugar/palm oil, just the real stuff) is a godsend for people who want to gain weight, if you find it palatable (I could eat it all day).

Besides the tips from Dominique and before we asume, any kind of condition, I'd recommend you to visit a professional, a nutritionist, a doctor, or a fitness specialist, that can analyse your condition, and provide you with a food and exercise plan according to your needs and your body type.
Remember that each body is different, the metabolism also. If you like to gain muscle mass, on a specific region of your body, or if you'll like to have a better cardio, there are different workouts to do and different tipe of food to eat. As Dominique stated, "Eat a balanced diet with plenty of veggies, fruits and healthy fats. "
