Weightloss badges

I’ve now lost 25lb & last badge I got was for 15lb. Any reason they’ve stopped or is it a glitch? Thanks

Hi @TerryH11

It probably happened because you changed your weight loss target to a lower number.  For example, if you started at 200 lbs, and had an initial goal of 185 lbs, once you hit 185 you would receive a 'met goal' badge and a -15 lbs badge.  If you then reset your goal to 175 lbs, Fitbit would calculate new badges from the weight you were when you set the new goal -- that is, from 185 lbs, instead of from 200 lbs.  So, when you hit 175 lbs, you get -10 lbs badge (185 - 175 ) instead of a -25 lb badge (200 lbs - 175 lbs).

To get the -25 lbs badge, manually enter your initial weight as today's weight on the weight page.  Tomorrow, weigh in again (if you have a scale like the Aria 2 that automatically syncs to fitbit), or just manually log your real weight tomorrow.  Fitbit will then calculate the difference between to the weight entered today (your original starting weight), and tomorrow real weight (the weights have to be logged on different days).  Assuming you are happy with your current goal, you can keep going forward from there, and Fitbit will award subsequent badges based on the difference from the original weight.

And CONGRATS on the 25 lb loss!

Fab. Thank you. I’ve changed it. So let’s hope tomorrow it settles!
