I always feel like I'll be eatting healthy, and then wake up bloated and I also want to lose belly fat.

Hi, there. I found a great drink to have in the A.M. that helps with this.
Ingredients: 2 pears, 2 cucumbers, 3 celery stalks and the juice of 1 lemon.
Peel the cukes, cut them up in small piece. Add to blender. Cut the pears the same way and add. Blend those together. Next wash and cut up the celery and add to mixture along with the lemon juice. Blend real well and pour in glass. I enjoy it. Give it a try. Also, are you drinking enough water on a daily basis? Do you take a probiotic? Ever get a colon cleanse by a practitioner? Women have it harder than men when it comes to this...
