What are your fave food ideas for jump starting a diet?

Lost weight, gained it back- nothing new... gotta get back in shape so what do you recommend for food/snacks in the first two weeks?  Any tips?

Oatmeal is a good starter for me. It's filling, and in this colder weather, it warms me up, too.

 

Almonds (about 10-15) is a good snack.

 

As many vegetables as I can stomach is decent for lunch

 

Dinner can be a turkey patty with a sweet potato sprinkled with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar.

 

As far as every day goes - that's entirely up to your tastebuds.
