What daily goals for calories etc are people setting?

Just double checking my settings for goals etc and want to see what goals others are setting. For example for calories I'm eating 1500 and trying to burn 2500 per day.

I'm doing the same. What you really need to watch is your carbs and sugars. Those are what really "Stick" and are harder for your body to process!!

Thanks for the reply - glad to know I'm not way off with my goals. Carbs are definitely my issue - need to develop my willpower.
