Hi all,
Just got my fitbit and still figuring this out. I'm also still using fatsecret and I'm curious, with fatsecret I just dip into my daily exercise calories to make up the difference if I've reached my daily intake or are very close to reaching it before dinnertime. Can the same be done with fitbit, what do you normally do if this is the case?

@Skyerules- I think you are talking about over budget/in the zone/under budget? if you are, train your brain not to look at the words until your day is done. if you know at dinner that you still have hours of calorie burning to do and it says you are over- by the end of the day you will either be in the zone or under. don't stress it. you will get very good at knowing how many more calories you are going to burn until midnight- you'll know if you need to do a 100 jumping jacks in your kitchen 🙂

FitBit can track how many calories you've burned as well. If you consume more than you burn, put in a 30 minute walk, treadmill or bike ride.
