it means stones.  1 stone = 14 lbs.

It could refer to Strength Training.

Yes, ST mean stones but I think the real question is how do you change it. 

 

If you go to Advanced Settings you can change the unit.  I had to change my weight to lbs and the length to miles but I guess it depends on where you are from.
