What is the best for breakfast?

What do you eat for breakfast? I like to be light

So my current favourite thing to have for breakfast in the week is:

 

50g muesli (UK brand I love is M&S multigrain muesli)

100g non-fat plain greek yogurt

1 (heaped) teaspoon meridan crunchy peanut butter

1 banana cut into slices

 

Mix it all up & enjoy! I love it because it keeps me full til lunch & I avoid snacking! 

 

I'm not sure of the exact calorie count but MyFitness Pal estimates at about 350 cals. 

 

Tip: Could always add a splash of milk to change the consistency up a bit Smiley Happy

Since I like grab and go food for breakfast, my nutrionist had me give Breakfast Bisquits a try.  Belvita makes some, so does Kellogs and Lance.  I prefer the Lance ones.

 

They are 230 calories, and have fiber, and other of your daily requirements.

Cheerios my favourite.  I like them dry without milk

Typical Breakfast: 

2-3 servings of Fruit (120-250 calories)

1-2 servings of Protien  (200-300 calories)

1-2 servings of Veggies (10-60 calories)

 

I like to be around 400-600 Calories for breakfast, usually closer to 600 if I can. Another 300-400 calories for lunch. For dinner I like to go on the lighter side 400 or so. A couple of snacks in between. I recently bumped up my calorie intake from 1400 to 1500-1600 calories.
