What is the impact of No Carbs after lunch?.. and only protein

I have stopped carb intake after lunch. Now I only eat fruits in the evening & protein rich food like boiled chicken or veggie mixed soup for dinner(with some sharbat in between). Is it the correct approach? I am looking to shred. I work out 6 days a week

I can't speak to no carbs after a certain time of day, however, you mentioned fruits, veggies, and sharbat. I had to look up a recipe for sharbat, and all the items you mention are full of carbs.  The fruits and veggies aren't bad for you, but it looks like most sharbat is a combination of fruit and sugar.

Nutrient timing only plays a minor role in body composition / fat loss. If you are interested in becoming leaner, you should focus on total calories first, then on macronutrients, and only then on when you eat them (whether during the day or during the week).

Now, if you are already very lean (single-digit body fat) and are looking to become even leaner ("shredded") advanced techniques like carb cycling etc. can play a role.

Oh, and you should probably consider dropping beer before focusing on the timing of your carbs!

If you are looking to go into ketosis then you will need to drop carbs pretty much all together and limit your protein intake as well. If your obective is more around just getting lean without greatly altering your overall metabolism then as Dominique suggested concentrate more on your total calorie consumption, that will have the greatest overall effect, more so than timing your carb intakes.

Good quality clean food is the best starting point, good fuel for the body will keep your metabolism running smoothly.
