In my efforts to calm the hungry beast inside my stomach, I sometimes eat strange things for breakfast.
This morning it is lightly steamed fresh broccoli with one small diced red potato. I sprinkled it with nutritional yeast instead of salt. (I like the nutty flavor). Yesterday I spurged with two pieces of split top wheat bread, one frozen black bean burger (they are so small, lol) topped with green leaf lettuce, one tomato, and two thin slices of pickle.
What's your crazy weight loss breakfast?

I eat a pretty big breakfast. Two eggs with cheese, 2 strips of bacon and a glass of whole milk. Also, coffee with half and half. This gets me through midafternoon on most days.

bulletproof coffee - 2 cups coffee, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp butter, 1 oz heavy cream. blend it all up and drink.
