I always find there are two camps when it comes to using activity calories...
Camp 1 - You use them when you've powered through your daily calories.
Camp 2 - You should use at least 1/2 your activity calories regardless of how much you have left of your dialy.
I fall in camp 1, where do you fall and why?

I believe in calories in, calories out at the weekly level. In other words, it doesn’t really matter at what time of the day (or of the week) your intake occurs, same with your expenditure, as long as you reach your goal at the end of the week (whether it’s for weight loss, maintenance or gaining).
