I use to see my weight tracked since I started using a fitbit, but now they only show data for the past year. Did fitbit really just destroy all my data?

It only showed the average from 2020 unlike before it showed everything. I had history info before since 2012
It is now showing only from Jan 4, 2018. After Uninstalling and Installing Fitbit, the oldest date got worst, only showing from Feb 6, 2023. I'm using Android version 14

Mine is now showing since 2020 only and just the average. I used to see similar to the one you have in your post

Thanks Julia_G! I see the all time, but all my data isn't there. It is more than 10 years, so maybe I got caught by a purge.

My historic weight data seems to have gone too. I've been using FitBit since 2015 but I can only go back in time with weight to January 2023. My historic mileage and activity is there but the weight data is gone. The weight data is one of the main reasons I've stayed with FitBit over the years. Seems to have broken since Google bought FitBit. Please help!!

On another thread I found trendweight.com which displays all my fitbit history (from the past 12 years) nicely. Better than the old web dashboard. It appears all the data is still there which is a relief.
