The Fitbit app is very useful with the whole calories in/out calculators etc but where does it show how many calories you should actually be consuming?

On a PC login to fitbit.com - find this tile:
Tells me I have 1,021 more calories to consume and "stay on track"
To log something consumed click the "see more>" and log it in.
To make your plan easier or tougher, click the gear in the left corner and click the pencil to set a weight goal and intensity...
