Hi there
I only have 50 lbs left but I started my journey on October 8/2014 with RNY Gastric Bypass surgery. I've lost 101 lbs to date. I just got my flex and have already ordered a charge and it should be here tomorrow as well as the scale on Saturday. I finally joined the local gym yesterday so I can start walking in the pool, doing some gentle water aerobics and gentle yoga. I'm really excited to amp up and get the remaing 50 lbs off! I can't tell you how much better I am feeling already! really need support and I'm sure you do too!

Have fun reaching your goals.
One day at a time, smaller steps make plenty.

I am on my first week of using the Medifast plan to lose 120+ pounds. I lost 14 in my first week on the plan, now it should stabilize to 2 to 5 lbs a week. Still a long way to go.

The second week is going well. Honestly the first week on this program is absolute hell. You're hungry all the time and feel like you have no energy. On day 5 I started feeling like I had more energy and was not as hungry. Now I have no problem sticking to the 800 to 1,000 calories a day that I take in on this program. They suggest that you wait until after week 3 to add exercise to your schedule, but I'm hoping doing that will keep the weekly loss going. It's a long term commitment and I'm trying to learn the necessary skills I will need to keep the weight off once I reacy my goal. That's the real trick. I lost most of my excess weight on this program back in 2007, but slowly gained it back because I didn't stick to a plan for watching what I eat. I'm hoping to change that this time around 🙂

Count me in! I have 100 pounds to loose and I am just getting started. I find it hard to keep motivated and finding friends with similar goals will help i'm sure.
