Are you measuring your food, or "eyeballing" your portions? Get a food scale and a good food guide so you KNOW how much you're eating.

I use lifesum and of course I weight my food on a scale. I don't drink it either. I've been to the doctor to take some blood test so maybe it'll give me a reason

A scale did wonders for me. I now just know how much calories a lot of food is that I eat. I've lost 20 pounds counting calories. I would try that out. You should be losing weight with that deficit.

are you working out at the same time?  you might be losing body fat but gaining muscle mass so the scale would not be a good indicator alone.  also, prior to going on a caloric deficit, what was your average caloric consumption?  if you are just starting out, you should start slow commensurate with your age, weight, physical activity, etc.

your body might be slowing its metabolism because of the sudden decrease in calories (self preservation), not sure if this is your situation.

good luck and keep at it
