Why has horse riding been allocated such a low calories used value?

ANSWERED
I was amazed at the low calories used value for horse riding. An hour's hard work with a dressage horse or a cross country lesson certainly uses more than is given. I would like to know how the value was reached. Many thanks.

Mainly because you're not performing an activity persay. You're horseback riding which involves very few arm swings or leg swings. Only thing that rises is your heart rate if you get excited.
