ANSWERED
Heyyyy! I'm new to FitBit, and would love some friends for support and fun competition! I'm 25 and am on my way to losing 100lbs. Ladies, feel free to add me if you are working to achieve (or have achieved!) similar goals! 🙂

YES!!! I need friends too and motivation and accountability!

I have lost 50 lbs in the last 8 months and need to lose another 50 lbs... it'll be tough but I know we can all do it!!

So send me a friend request please! I'll do the same!

Oh and I thought of starting a closed facebook group to support and motivate each other - anyone who would like to join in , message me!!! I am setting it up today!

Cheers

BIrgit

Hi, everyone!  I bought my Fitbit on May 29 and have been using it scrupulously to record my steps and also my eating.  I am following its instructions on how to lose 2 lbs per week (The "Hard" setting).  I have lost 35 pounds in three months.  I still have 50 lbs to lose but I feel that Fitbit will get me there. It's been one of the best things I've ever done!  My Dr. put me on the Paleo diet during this same timeframe, and that's been a good help.  No wheat, no dairy.  I highly recommend it for anyone who's struggling!

That is amazing @MimiAtlanta I wish I could do the same. I am working on it, with the fitbit on how to lose two pounds a week.

I have been using the FItBit for just a few weeks now and am slowly seeing some progress. Have about 80 pounds to lose and would welcome some fitbit firends to achieve goals with!

I've been using the surge for exactly a month today along w the aria scale. I've been walking 10k+ steps a day. This time, i am viewing the exercise as "just another thing in my day". During the week, i would NEVER just not show up to work bc i didnt feel like going and now my walks are that way too. Even when i dont feel like it, i just do it anyway.

Anyway, i'm super happy to be in this community and know together we can all reach our goals.
