Women, early 60's needing to lose between 20-30 pounds

New phase of life. Back to work after 30 years. Always was active now not so much. Need to lose another 15 pounds and walk, walk and walk!

I too am a walker! Working retail so curious to see if I actually walk as much as I think I do at work. lol

Need to lose 15-20 pounds. Been tracking food on fitness pal for past year, helps keep me accountable, and was easy to link to my charge.
