I am halfway through my 2nd week of my healthy lifestyle change. I want to try to hit the 10,000 steps everyday (happens 50% of the time right now), be able to jog further, and right now I am sticking to a 1200 calorie a day diet.
So far I have lost 5 lb, and have 65 lb to lose to reach my goal weight. I have been staying on track so far, but would like to have more friends on here to keep my accountable.

Just a suggestion, don't build your diet based on bare minimum required merely for safety (1200 for average sedentary female).
Don't be average, don't be sedentary, and don't start at minimum.
Start from top down as Fitbit will help you do.
Take a deficit off what you burn daily - since that is all you need to do to lose weight.
Keep it reasonable to make it only fat weight.
Make it unreasonable to include muscle weight.

Please add me. I have 40+ pounds to lose. I lost 22 and now I'm back up 21 of those. My personal goal is to reach 45,000 each week and add 1,000 the next. Diet - hardest part for me.

Losing wight is one of the hardest things for me to do. I have to remind myself this is a day at a time type of program for me. If I look to far ahead I get discouraged. I weigh myself twice per week so that I always show some weight loss.
