I wake up in the morning at about 5:30-6 and leave for school at about 7:30, and school is from 8-3:30. I usually workout after school but I don't always have time because of chores and such so does anyone have any advice on whether they workout in the morning or afternoon or any other time. And if they do it in the morning how do they find time/motivation.

Hi @JohnRi
I just threw together that breakfast using stuff Americans tend to eat...the nutrient ratio was the point. I agree that bacon and processed bread are not good..substitute freely 🙂
Better research title would be 'Med diet/ LCHF breakfast improves metabolic rates (compared to fasting) in fit young male athletes'. But a vague title draws more readers...
Best of luck in your ongoing battle and congrats on your successes! Rob

@Wildword620 That's awesome if it's working for you! Personally I have to be up at 6am for work to give myself enough time to shower, eat breakfast and not feel rushed. A 5am wake up call is just not going to happen for me, lol. I know lots of people prefer to work out in the morning, and some in the evening. I also manage to get A LOT of steps at work. Yesterday somehow, and I have no idea how, but I managed to walk 5.6 miles at work. That's definitely the record for me. Apparently we were a lot busier than I imagined (I work in a veterinary clinic). Average for me is I'm generally at 10+k steps by the time I leave work.
