Here's my dilema. I never have time to eat breakfast or lunch at work usually so by the time I get home OR go to the gym I'm basically dying. I decided to try the GNC Lean MRP shakes. Hopefully this will help me get the nutrients I need during the day since I'm always on the go. Any thoughts?
Does anyone else use MRP shakes? Do you think it's helping or should I just suck it up and try to rememebr to bring food everyday?
And I'm new so lets be friends!
I'm 24 and according to fitbit I have about 63lbs to go to be at my goal weight! Lost 130lbs prefitbit.

Maybe for breakfast it would be okay, but you absolutely 100% need more food than that. You're body will go into starvation mode, then will start eating muscle.
Take your day off (I always prep on Sunday) and prep enough food for the week. It's super simple (it usually takes me about two hours total). Then, it's really easy to just grab any go in the mornings.

You need to make sure you have essential nutrition along with fitness performance or you'll crash. Shakes are more of a metablic booster. They say Meal Replacement Shake, but you need to look at your nutritional value to go along with it.
Check with a personal training nutritionist to see what foods you should consume prior to workouts. Such as for breakfast, you can grab a Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Egg White Sandwich for example. Low calories and carbs, but high in protein or a fast food joint be sure it's one of the healthy bits you find online. Egg White Sandwich or Turkey Bacon Sandwich are two of the wisest choices and Coffee. No starchy high carbs.

What you said above is true. Literally.
Make time to have your meals. The one you have before you leave the house is under your complete control, for sure. During your work day, manage your work flow, negotiate with your work mates for "coverage", talk to human resources if your boss is unsympathetic.

I used MRP shakes for I want to say almost a year. My body wasn't getting the nutrients that it needed at all and to be honest I didn't think the ones I had tasted very good. When I stopped I gained back so much weight and felt trapped that I needed them for the rest of my life. I have switched to drinking a smoothie for breakfast. I make up packets of fruit and freeze them. When I make it I add in greek yogurt or milk and then a bunch of spinach. That's the only way I get breakfast now. As far as lunches go I pick a day that I don't have to work and make a crock pot meal and freeze it into containers. I just grab a meal out of the freezer and heat it up at work. I don't often get lunch breaks since I work night shift in an under-staffed ER, but the meals are quick and easy that I can eat them at my desk.
