New study shows that you do not gain weight eating pasta and I is actually good to incorporate pasta into your diet. Its all about moderation.

My point was there is a serving size and if you don't measure you don't know how many calories you are really eating. If you are in the US, my plate lists serving sizes that people should use to equal a serving. 2 oz of pasta counts as 2 servings of grains.
People don't realize that when they say eat 6 grains a day, they don't mean 12oz of pasta, that would be 12 servings.

as for me, the whole thing is in counting suitable number of calories. Thus, you can eat anything, but in reduced number. To tell you the truth, I'm pasta lover, however gaining weight is not for me, I'm feeling really bad, when I gain weight. The only thing helping me to eat pasta and remain fit is my Pasta Maker Machine by Imperia(which I've discovered owing to the wellfed). I make my own pasta from natural ingredients and they seem to be far healthier than those I usually purchase. I advise you to check reviews on this website and get used to healthy products and reliable electronic appliances for cooking masterpieces.

I love past so much, love cooking Carbonara, Scampi, Arrabbiata and so may others! But I always try to be careful with the amounts.
I decided to eat something I really like (outside of the diet) once a week, one meal basically, so I use this "Cheat meal" to cook these recipes I like so much, but I'm hesitant to eat this on a daily basis. I read somewhere that it also depends on your metabolism, and mine is a bit slow, so I try to be more careful with the diet plan. 😎
