What am I doing wrong? According to fitbit and cronometer I burned an excess 22654 calories in the last month. That means I should have lost 6.5 pounds. But I gained 1.9 pounds and 0.20% bodyfat. I have an Aria scale too.

Hello @tamahome, since ypur quotation is not about the tracker, I've moved it to the manage weight forum.

FitBit can only estimate the amount of calories burned. As we are humans we are all different and therefore the amount of calories burned is different for everyone. The devices and app use algorithms cleverly come up with by scientists, but they will never be exact. Therefore, the calories reported by FitBit is a good place to start, but in your case you seem to be burning slightly less. Try to increase your calories deficit a bit more.

I think the burn estimation is off - I don't even bother using it. If you are gaining doing what you are doing, then drop the estimation and find a number of calories you can eat and lose with. Maybe drop them by 500 and see what happens.
My burned was about the same as yours (about 2900) at the same weight. I ignored it and stuck with 1600-1800 calories a day and lost between 1-2 pounds a week. For some reason my flex 2 does not give me any bodyfat info.

The Aria scale gives the body fat.

Same with me. I subtract 600 calories from the estimated burn, plus 10% of whatever calories I recorded as consumed to account for human error. That number gets me very close to the truth and one I relied on the entire time I was losing weight.
