Im really confused - so the app gives you a budget which continually changes throought the day..am I to aim for that goal or do i take the total and subtract the 750 it says is my deficit and aim for that number daily. I would think since you set it up with a goal in mind it would give you the amount you should be eating. I have only had my flex 3 days and am trying to figure it all out. Thank you in advance for your help

You just got your Flex, so it needs time to get to know you. It learns how you burn calories by your movements, so you might need to wait a bit and see what happens.
