(Thank god) you don’t need to run the equivalent of a marathon (or more) every day in order to stay fit. At some point in your life, you may not have 7-8 hours a day to dedicate to exercise, so you may want to fit your exercising in far less time. You can maintain your weight by burning 4000 calories and eating 4000 calories, or by burning 2000 calories and eating 2000 calories. Given your size, you could get pretty good workouts within these 2000 calories.

In my experience, its estimates are way high.  If you're male and under 40, estimate 2400 as your BMR.  Over 40 2k-2200.  Female 18k Calculate your deficit from there.  I think where it fails is the calculation of calories expended in activity.  It uses a pretty standard formula, but more recent studies show that activity/exercise doesn't burn as much as previously thought.  It's for this reason, exercise only accounts for no more than 15% of weight loss.

4000-4500 is very high for a female, albeit a young one (as you appear to be). OTOH, you must indeed be on the move all the time: your profile for the past 30 days shows a number of consecutive days at around 50k steps or more, with "low-activity" days at around 20k. Hey, no wonder Fitbit wants you to eat with this kind of activity level! Being that active, the "risk" of gaining weight isn’t likely to be very high. What is your goal anyway, in terms of weight and fitness? In your situation, I would rather be worried about burnout and injuries.

Not only are you allowed to, you NEED to.

You do more activity most days than most people do most weeks!

I'd suggest throwing a bit of weight work in to the mix

You wont "get big", if hulking out was easy, every man on earth would look like hulk, or at least captain america.

I can over head press YOU and I have 14" biceps...
